What’s a good free antivirus program for windows 98se? I have been using AVG but it likes to quarrantine windows files and cause errors. Nearly fried my disk this week. I have found this to be the case too, after 2 years of taking Omega Joy.  What I find most helpful is 500mg of niacin (the kind that makes you flush).  I now only seem to need Omega Joy EPA every other day and only one capsule instead of the 2 I used to take. You might need to dilute the Lugol’s a little more.  It could cause gastrointestinal discomfort, just as too much hydrogen peroxide would. Good for you, Carol for figuring it all out.  I knew about the fluoride in the drugs.  I took antidepressants for 7 years.  My doc recently put me on tryptophan because of them.  Anti-depressants decrease the number of serotonin receptors in the brain, so you end up with further serotonin deficiency.  Tryptophan will bring back the serotonin receptors that I lost.  And I take iodine for fluoride removal.  Is it boron you are taking to remove fluoride?  Or is Borax something else?  I use that in my laundry.   [End]
