hi guys i did pass about 100 tiny stones bb size,im not really in pain,its more of a pressure feeling that comes and goes around my liver area and somtimes moves over to my left side,ive always had yellow eyes they are just worse now,maybe coz first flush stirred things up,didnt do any parasite cleanses and my bms are loose but seem to be pretty dark,this is a sign that bile is flowing i think,anyway im thinking of trying gcg for a full 2 weeks and then artichoke for a week,maybe if there is a stone stuck this may dislodge it!!   [End]

hi i did first flush about 3 weeks ago and havent being well since,eyes more yellow than usual,fatigue and a pressure feeling moving right across my stomach,i tried gcg for 3 or 4 days it dosent seemed to have helped,im too afraid to do another flush incase i get even worse,i have gilberts syndrome,went to gp she said its a possible blocked bile duct,im just afraid of goin even more jaundice by flushing again!! any advice much appreciated   [End]

I think anything that helps us stay on our protocols is a good thing. Moderation in all things, *including moderation* is key. That means allowing one’s self to have treats once a week. As long as they do not make him constipated he can eat them just fine. :) Whichever kind you want to get, be sure he enjoys them with a bit of INdia Spice tea or Ginger tea so they digest well, and make sure he enjoys them long after his last meal.
