I took my 5 year old to the dentist three months ago because she was complaining of a toothache.It turns out that she had an abcessed tooth and the x-rays revealed that all of her teeth have cavities. I am very conscious about what we eat. My kid does not drink juice, I limit candies, she eats lots of fruits, vegetables, sometimes meat and generally a healthy diet. I breastfed her till she was 1 and stopped night feedings when she was 8 months old. She does have sweets occasionally during parties but thats not very often. Hi Guys, Its time for the second week update. Thanks for the encouragement Molly. Im not really sure about the energy level fornickels... sometimes i feel energetic and sometimes i dont...but im definnitely not tired as I was during the first few days. Heres the update. Day 8: Had a terrible headache which vanished the next day. Not sure if this is due to oil pulling. my face hasnt cleared yet but the acne i get are dissapearing fast. Hello everybody, This forum has been a lot of help to me. So I thought I will contribute by writing about my experiences. I have been pulling for 1 week now. I started doing it hoping to cure my acne...my face is pretty bad with acne and scars... hope it works.
