Hello, I was the one who posted about using coconut oil a while back and the results I was having with it. I noticed that they started to level off. So today I picked up some spectrum sesame unrefined mechanically pressed organic oil. And I pulled with that today. I feel all kinds of strange now. My head, and stomach are hot and the rest of me is cold. Seems like I am having a detox reaction. The oil tasted good when I started but about 10 mins in, it started to taste very nasty. So I think the sesame is more powerfully than the coconut.   [End]

I started doing oil pulling about 2 weeks now. I been using just coconut oil from Nutiva that is raw and organic. I been using 1 tablespoon. After 20 minutes, I rinse with baking soda and sea salt. The brush with Eco-Dent lemon-lime tooth powder. This is now 2 weeks after I started this and I have to say WOW! These are so far the results I have noticed: 1.
