It’s good to know that fasting really works and that walking as an exercise will still show results. I do mostly walking myself. Do you think it is a bad idea to add protein powder to the fruit juices? I have this fear of my body using up muscle during the fast instead of building muscle, although I guess the protein could be provided by the vegie drinks that I drink. What do you think? Also, I am a bit of a newbie, so what is ACV?
