I am finding it to be quite the challenge. What I’ve been doing is having a small mesculin salad, with carrots, tomatoes, avocado, but can’t resist also having a 1/2 boiled egg, and a few strands of cheese with it.
Also I’m finding it difficult to do the salad without ANY dressing at all. Even if its just a tiny cup of olive oil, or light balsamic.
This is soooo hardddd!!
Also in the morning I have a bowl of fruits: strawberrys, blueberrys and sometimes 2 or 3 pieces of pineable.
Havent been out w/ family and friends in a while so I’m not sure its making a difference in the o ...
