The only thing different I can tell I have been doing is taking powdered Nystatin for my candida instead of pills. I do not wear anti perspirant and usually after I bathe I stay smelling clean even if I do sweat for most of the day at least. These last two weeks even if I sweat a little, it smells pungent quite quickly. I also had a sinus infection and was thinking that maybe I have stirred things up and that this is a good sign. I have also had some itching under my arms and my lips have bee peeling some. What’s your story?   [End]

I do not have a chronic BO problem but have a question. I am on an anti-candida eating no sugar or refined carbs and very little grains. I have also done some liver flushing and colon cleansing. I do not use anti-perspirant and am unsure if it is just due to the summer heat but lately my underarm odor has been more pungent than usual. To me it kind of smells like onions even though I have ot been eating onions. Does anyone know if this is a sign of detoxing? I am hoping it is because I have been working so hard.   [End]
