OK so tomorrow I begin my mini-fast which I’d like to keep going for at least 4 days, so ending on Friday. I’m 5’7.” and currently weight 130lbs. Would like to be around 125lbs at the end of the fast, but near enough that would be pleasing. I’ve been trying fasting every other day for about a week now, only to see small weight loss, but I find I’m not hungry on my fasting days anymore so would quite like to challenge myself. It would be nice to get all of the toxins out of my body too! anyway, here goes!! [End]
