I have found that grapefruit juice works well. Have used OJ and Apple juice and Lemon juice either alone or in combinations. They worked also, although pure Lemon juice was a bit too acid. Have tried other oils, but with no significant change in outcome. Using the Clark flush with little change. Have tried more oil...not much benifit. Have found that eating a light non-fat breakfast does just as well as fasting. Hydrate well before noon on the day of the flush. Start rehydrating after noon on the day after the flush. Don’t get discouraged. You have made great progress in such a short time! In the last 4 1/2 years I did many flushes as soon as 2 days apart. Most were quite successful since my stones and chaff and gravel were moving quickly. If you can handle it based on work schedule and how you feel, and based on whether your liver moves the material forward quickly enough, more frequent flushes just moves the process along more quickly. Just flush. Don’t wait. Use a heating pad during the night you take the emulsion. Use a vibrator on the liver and right side in the morning. Or/and use percussion by firmly pounding on your right side and liver area in the morning. This will help dislodge larger or ”stuck” stones. This has worked well for me. As the previous responder indicated, don’t focus on how many flushes you have done, focus on the productivity of the flushes. Are you getting stones out? If so, keep on doing it. The total amount of time needed to clean the liver depends at least in part on how often you do them. For quite a while, I was doing them every 2 days because I was getting lots out every flush. Started out 2 weeks apart and shortened the flush interval by a day every time to see if I still had productive flushes. For a long time, I was able to get hundreds of stones out just waiting 2 days between flushes. ...
