You really need fats in order to wake up the liver to release bile to digest foods. Some olive oil, EFA’s, salads w/good oils. Thanks for your advise. I have put the word out to my fishermen friends for fish ”leavings” when cleaning their catch. I will be trying a small batch - BTW: about the grass clippings, I assume is do not add if any chemicals have been introduced? Yes, they are - some with sulfur and some with other minerals - all naturally heated, right form Mother Earth. They are absolutely magnificent. When going to the thermal water springs, they have 7 natural pools - one hotter than the next. Entering any of the them must be done in very slow stages to acclimate the body. The cold shower springs - located right next to them are FREEZING cold water from the high mountains. It is channeled in big leg sized tap. I do think maybe pinworms may have something to do w/ agravating things, when this incident happened to me which exacerbated things to a horrible peak - I was on a couch my stepson’s dog had chosen to hang out in while visiting for a couple of days. I have not tried the products you mention - the things I posted I use myself and find extremely helpful to improve mental clarity and energy. I have only juice fasted a few days at a time blending the most vibrant colored vegetables and fruits adding ginger and garlic and some herbs; did not try the Master Cleanse - thus I cannot comment.
