Centrifuge juicers kill enzymes. That’s why if someone follows the Gerson Therapy (where one has to consume 13 glasses of fresh organic juice/day) the therapy will not work with a centrifuge juicer, but only with a two step juicer (i.e. a Greenstar or Norwalk juicer).
