Got this off Tony Pantalleresco’s YT video on his HerbsPlusBeadWorks channel Lugol’s 7% iodine RECIPE 88 gms potassium iodide [3.1 oz] pour some distilled-water in 1 quart glass mason jar to get it started. pour the potassium iodide in. stir with woden chopstick. measure out on weigh scale 44 gms iodine crystals [1.55 oz] add it to jar. stir with chopstick fill jar up with water to top. set overnight.
