Yes, I have experienced the very same ringing in the ears after 3 months of 50mg iodine a day. I believe that magnesium and/or Vitamin B deficiency may be the problem. I had to take extra magnesium while taking Lugol’s because of muscle cramps and eye twitching.   [End]
