Hi All, I am currently fighting Candida and sometimes it seems hopeless to me. I arrived at this thread via a search for ayurveda candida... So you just take 1/2tsp turmeric with food twice a day? What grains are allowed for candida? Are quinoa and gram (chickpea) flour good? Any specific vegetables and meat.....I feel I am going crazy sometimes And do you have more recipes for snacks pls? I m quite a sweet tooth. And if any of you take antifungals to kill Candida Much obliged dori   [End]
