You’re right, Rudenski, about the
importance of good diet in getting
over alcoholism; for that matter,
in getting over any illness, addiction, or degenerative condition.
I’ll celebrate my 28th year in a row
of sobriety in early July. If I
hadn’t become a vegetarian the same
month I gave up booze, I’d probably
have nothing to celebrate.
Alas, most Americans, drinkers and
