LOL! Nice not to be alone in this. But it’s *really* bad. It’s not only the constipation (I travel with an enema bag -- instant relief! But I don’t want to do this daily!), but the peeing!
I know that’s what the trouble is, that I pee so much (due to circadian rhythm mix-up) that I dry out. OK, so I drink water, but that just makes having to go to the bathroom more urgent. (”Pleased to meet you, can you excuse me?” get boring really fast.)
I can’t seem to win. (oh, yes, I do eat fibre to try to keep more moisture in my gut.)
