Congratulations! I am on day 6 and so far have lost 15lbs. I started on the 5th day of my monthly and within the first 3 days lost 10lbs of water. (This is water that usually hangs on, even after my monthly is over). I lost between 3 and 4 lbs a day, it now seems to be slowing to 2. My goal is 20 lbs, 30 is better because I know I will gain some back soon as it is over. I just hope that I can make it to 14 or 21 days because my body is riddled with bacteria,mucus, and candida and I am experiencing major Herxheimers.
