I have the common symptoms of clouded thinking, loss of reality, dizziness, fatigue, bad reaction to carbs and sugar, depression, anxiety, rashes.... but I don’t have any abdominal pain or other pains, other than joint and muscle soreness. I’m taking suplements for adrenal fatigue and multivitamins. What should I not be taking other than the antibiotics and vitamins with yeast in them? I’m not sure how to identify if I should take one supplement over the other. Also, I’m starting opc-3, but it has a litte sugar in it. Is this bad? One more question...
