Hi all... Just wanted to share this with you... If your natural sleep doesn’t come until early morning hours like 2am - 7am, here is a support group that is wonderful. Wonderul, educated people who all deal with being night only people. A very real disabilty very much misunderstood by the medical field. I know, for I have been this way since I can remember and I’m 54 now. I’m so thankful to have found this group, and to know that it’s not all in my head!
