Have you ever thought of doing marital arts? I bet you would be good at it. Here in Japan, at our orientation, guys are told to NEVER pick a fight with ”little” Japanese guys, or they may get their butts severely kicked! I ”drink” my eggs with just a dash of sea salt and 2-3 dashes of cayenne. Maybe I’m just used to it, but I can barely taste the cayenne anymore and sometimes add a few more dashes. I swish the eggs around in the cup to distribute the spices better and drink them whole, without breaking the yolks. I prefer quail eggs; chicken eggs are okay as well, but I only eat those raw if I get them from the organic store. But, I actually messed up something in my neck from too much weight on the bench press and, since my kids are still young enough to want to be carried around, I have to wait a while longer to do more serious weight training in that area. Hello, Supposedly, too much fat inhibits the digestion of protein. I think it is a good idea to eat less coconut oil with your meats, and then on your ”fat” days, eat a smaller amount of meat with more fats. By the way, I think you look great! Hello, I am just like that also. When I used to go out to eat with friends, I would eat my food, whatever they didn’t eat from theirs AND then 2 desserts. Hi Lilly1, I eat raw fruits during the day until about 2pm. Sometimes I have a superfood drink around noon, or some flax/sesame milk if I’m really hungry. I think honey is okay also. I think meat and veggies sound good to start. From everything I’ve read so far, I think that veggies are more difficult to digest than fruit, but if you haven’t eaten them all day and then you eat them first, you should have a good amount of bile stored up to break them down. If you just want to be sure you get all the vitamins you need, you could juice some greens or drink a superfood supplement. Hanna, I eat various fruits all day until about 12 or 2 o’clock. I also leave fresh fruit out for my children all day long and I’ve found that they are starting not to crave as many cooked foods. I tried not eating at all in the morning, but found the fruits work better for me. Have you ever done any bodybuilding competitions? I used to eat a lot and use those weight gainers as well, but I never gained any significant weight. I did develop blood sugar problems as well though. I think they call it ”pre-diabetes”, when your fasting blood sugar is between 110 and 125. Though I am not vegetarian, I do try not to eat cooked meats very often. When I do the protein part of my dinner, I usually eat some nuts or drink sesame milk. Another curzone member on a different forum reccommended Chia seeds to me. I searched, but cannot find the link now. From what I remember, chia seeds are supposed to be one of the few seeds that has the correct balance of omega 6 - omega 3 fatty acids. I think that the media in the US has way overblown the whole eating disorder thing and has gotten people paranoid about it. I think we are talking about two different things and people are getting them confused. First there are diets - the warrior diet, the raw diet, etc - these are physical, i.e. what you are ingesting. Then there are disorders - anorexia, bulimea, obsessive/complusive - these are mental states.
