Well, in June I will be up to this for about 2 years. I noticed right away...within 3 weeks, maybe 2 that my teeth were less sensitive. A few times I have slacked off and didn’t pull for a week or so, just because I forgot, or was busy doing other things in the morning when I usually pull. I am a flip flopper. :-) Right now my fave is sesame. I like Eden Organcic Sesame oil at tropical traditions. I am almost done with that bottle at which time I will move on to coconut for awhile. I totally agree with you on (all of it) the coffee. I cut it out beginning of this year, NO caffeine. It took me awhile, as I drank coffee and coke. I cut down gradually over a couple of months time so I wouldn’t get the headaches. I did make some pork loin and put some under it in the oven to keep it from sticking to the pan, but just maybe a tbsp. I am feeling much better today. Bloating is gone and pain gone. I have some jitters too, like I would like to leap out of my skin, double espresso kind. I used the palm oil again this morning with some coconut. I again had intestinal distress, bloating, pain, some D. I am not sure if that is what caused it, but I think so. Has anyone tried pulling with Red Palm Oil? I got some from Tropical Traditions, and I am not crazy about the taste, haven’t cooked with it yet... but this morning in my pull I put a little mixture together.
