I drank some organic whole milk and that seemed to help a bit. I think it’s essentially just a waiting game...making sure I get enough water, etc.
Now that I’ve settled down a bit, I now realize that just because I still have menstrual cramps doesn’t mean that I need to continue drinking Mag Citrate. (Duh? Digestion/travel time?)
My cramps definitely are gone, so I guess there’s that. From now on, I’m sticking with the Mag Oil. Pretty sure my mag deficiency is now under control. LOL [End]
