Thought I would give an update, it’s been 9 years. UC and Candida has not been a problem since the post. I can eat almost whatever I want, but I don’t. But I can eat fruit daily, milk daily, some bread, ice cream, beer once a month. Liver hepatitis/cancer has also not been a problem, with liver flushes every 3-4 months. Anger/resentment is probably holding this back from a more permanent result. I still need to do more work on that. I’m not sure what people are looking for, but I don’t think drugs and gimicks or special supplements is the answer to UC. I thought I’d update everyone on how I’m doing almost 2 years later, in a journal format. I’ve been using the Primal Diet from Aajonus Vonderplanitz for about 1.5 years now. 2 years ago I was forced to find an alternative solution to my health issues after being diagnosed with liver hepatitis and cancer. That author is absolutely correct. Fasting can definitely help with UC, it heals your body but most importantly it heals your stomach and liver, which directly affect your digestion and UC. Fasting with only distilled water is maybe the best way, but it needs to followed up with a diet. You don’t have to be as radical as 6 weeks (7-10 days is plenty). Dr. Goldstein is 100% correct. The big question is ”why do I have it and other people don’t”? It’s because autointoxication effects everyone differently. I’m glad you’re feeling better, UC is terrible and I can relate all too well. However, I have to let you know that Prednisolon and drugs in general are short term fixes only. You can’t take cortico steroids for a long time and your doctor is right, the long term side effects are very bad. Steroids are bad for the average man, they are devastating to people with UC. Losing your hair is about overall health, fungus, and about your body detoxing through your hair. Grey hair is also related. I never took any medication prescribed by the gastointestinologist, but my hair also began receding when I got UC. The only way that I know to get it to stop is to fix your underlying health issues. If you continue to eat like that, it will come back, hopefully not as cancer. I got UC when I was VERY active, so sitting was not a factor. Exercise definitely helps with health in general (and I recommend it if you can d it) and I’m glad it’s helped you, but diet and lifestyle is the key.   [End]

I had UC, it was really bad 10 years ago. UC is often related to candida and whatever kills candida can often help your UC. Candida is related to digestion. Fix your digestion you fix all of the above. If you are unhealthy, without question you have parasites, especially with all the toxins and other environmental hazards in our lives. It definitely makes a difference, sunlight and exercise. Fresh air too. Trouble with exercise though, is that when someone is very unhealthy it’s almost impossible to do.
