Great! A good way to start is doing it ”naturally” and not with drugs. I would start by examining what the cues are for your sugar cravings. Do you know what triggers them? If so, then write them down.
For example,
Cue ---- going to bar and drinking a beer = smoke cigarette.
Stop Cue ----- dont drink beer!
Cue ---- drinking coffee in the morning = danish or cookie
Stop Cue ------ dont drink coffee!
