There are many things you can do to get some peace.
First of all it would be wise to give up all stimulants like coffee, pop etc and get on a good diet of raw foods with no toxins like herbicides, pesticides on the food. Clean up all toxins in your life. Use good oils like hemp, toxin free fish oil, flax and coconut. Eat lots of greens, dulse, barley grass, etc.
Then its on to the emotional mental healing.
