There are no natural remedy for a draining pilonidal cyst...the only way to cure it is by removing the cyst surgically. I myself had procedure done 3 weeks ago. The procedure is very quick and short done under anesthesia. The bad part about it is that it takes a while to heal the wound after the surgery and you will need to get dressing chance everyday until it heals completely. I had tried every kind of medicine to stop it from draining, but the only cure I found was to get it removed. Even my family doctor preferred me to get it removed.
