I agree with Remi. Most candida books and articles mention these symptoms in detail when starting the diet. The candida NEEDS sugar to live, and it will definitely make you miserable when you stop feeding it, leading to weakness, foggy thinking, shakiness, dizziness, headache, disorientation, crankiness and severe sugar cravings. Maybe trying the diet (still with no fruit) but upping the amount of vegetables in your diet to give you more carbs for energy, but not the type to feed candida will help. [End]
