Thought I would give an update, it’s been 9 years. UC and Candida has not been a problem since the post. I can eat almost whatever I want, but I don’t. I have eczema and angular chelitis as well. Although my allergy tests came back negative for everything I know my skin problems are caused by what I eat. What I’ve learned is that certain foods can still have a negative effect on the body even though you may not be ”allergic” to them. I agree that lowfat doesn’t equal fatty liver, but if fatty liver is present, lowfat may be a long, long road to reversing fatty liver, particularly if cholestasis is involved. How I did my first one is based on what I have read and is a compilation of that.
