Yes, the days in between flushes are important. It allows more stones to push forward. Eat beets, leafy greens in between flushes. I also bounce with my rebounder. Does it help? Yes! Do the liver flush before you begin a Master Cleanse. Be sure and do another one when you are finished. As far as preparation, it is important to build up bile, so eat oatmeal, baked potato, etc. I am not sure about doing the P&B shakes during the MC, but I know the shakes will pull toxins from the lining of your colon, so maybe? I would say yes. A lot of people don’t take the Ornithine and sleep well. Everyone’s flush is different. Painful? If you suffer discomfort (which is very minor) think how surgery would feel and the after effects from a painful surgery and you will think a flush is soooo easy. Yea for you!! The stones are first formed in your liver, so that is where the stones are coming from. You should flush every 2-3 weeks to allow new stones to move forward. My first series of flushes would show different flushes every time I flushed. The 3rd-4th flushes produced the darkest (the oldest) stones. You can do enemas if you want. I have done coffee and even added Clarkia to my enemas when I flushed. I also do them when I do parasite cleanses.   [End]

You will need more than just epsom salts for the liver flush. You will need grapefruit, olive oil.....and I use lemons, too. I am not sure what anti fluke drugs you are taking, but I have done Dr. Clark’s parasite cleanse several times and I did pass a liver fluke. Green apples and lemon juice certainly would not hurt during the week of a liver flush. Dr. Clark has an order to her cleanses. Of course, I did not follow directions and did the liver flush first and in between the series of flushes that year, I did one parasite cleanse. Since then, I have done occasional parasite cleanses, but I have never passed another liver fluke.   [End]

I am sure a lot of people have completed a lot of flushes. I stopped counting after I saw so much improvement. Now, I just flush twice a year for maintenance. In the beginning, each flush was different. I remember (it’s been 14 years now) that the 3rd/4th flushes being the flushes that had the oldest and darkest stones. Now, I just see bright green sludge...... I can’t answer your question about the medication, but it stands to reason that it could happen. This question is asked often and my answer is always the same................Think how uncomfortable surgery would be.. I feel the same about epsom salts.....makes me want to gag. But, olive oil does the same. Adding lemon juice or a sliced lemon to the already chilled mixture helps as well. Also, using a straw helps it go down a lot easier. After the flush is over (which is ONLY 12 hours and most of that is spent sleeping) and seeing the results makes it worth all the trouble.   [End]

I honestly do not know. In the year 2000, I flushed until I saw no more stones.....and I am thinking it was 8-9 flushes. After that, it’s been maintenance flushes. I am doing a maintenance flush tonight. Fun! (No, not really, but I will be glad I did this tomorrow.) I make my epsom salts in a glass pitcher and cut up lemons and it’s so pretty.....looks like lemonade. (Oh well, a girl can dream....)
