How are you doing? No, Spirit doesn’t mean you will have to flush every two weeks. Everyone is different. It took me many flushes before I was stone free. It’s liquid bentonite clay and psyllium husk shakes. Usually, you take a tablespoon of the bentonite and a teaspoon of the psyllium. You shake it and then drink it pretty fast because it will ”jell” rather quickly. It’s a wonderful colon cleanser, but you have to drink a lot of water or you will get backed up pretty quickly! I think the B&P shakes are why you might be constipated. They are great and I am so glad you removed that rope! (Gross stuff to have in your body!) But, not drinking tons of water can cause you to back up while drinking those shakes. Not too serious a problem, though! Go ahead with your flush and I can’t wait to hear your results!! Every flush that you do will be different and produce more stones one time and less the next and more the one after that. Go figure!!!
