Congratulations on taking the first step to better health!
Now, I will speak to you from my own liver flushing experience and then give you links to read about a few of my flushes. First of all, slow down and don’t think you have to do a lot of preparation. I would start thinking about my flush the day before, usually on a Thursday. I would make sure I had epsom salt, lemons, grapefruit, distilled water and, of course, olive oil. The first couple of times, I took ornithine, but then later on, I took nothing to help me sleep and I slept just fine.
