well, the epsom salts were one of my main questions. I have done several flushes in the past the ”traditional” way, using epsom salts, oil (I used walnut), and grapefruit. The most difficult part for me was 1.) fasting after 2:00, I would get so hungry and 2.) just getting the epsom salt water down. I hated the taste (and I am not a wimp about that sort of thing). It took me soooo long just to drink one glass of that water at a time. I felt as if my body was intuitively saying ”I don’t want this, it’s bad for me” and then afterward I would feel so dehydrated.
