Hey Jenni :) If your roomie has a weak stomach, then maybe they would be better off detoxing with herbs like milk thistle and juicing? Then when they build up their courage they can try a LF. Just taking olive oil on salads and whatnot is benefical for the liver. Carrots, cucumber, parsely juice (no more than 4 ounces, or 1/4 cup), cherries , raw currants, lemons are particularly good liver cleansers. You can juice those in a cheap juicer from Walmart, and eat them too! But fresh juice is most potent. I’ve done parsley juice before,.. and WOW its potent! Only juice 1/4 cup though, or else ...
