I personally feel all supplements are worthless and contribute nothing to long term health and longevity. Why do I say this? Well thats my personal experience. We are not meant to consume powders, nutrient isolates and extracts. Eat whole nutrient dense foods, grown in fertile soils and that’s when health will come. Been there my friend. Stop all the supplements and stick with real foods. What helped me is this. I am 5’11” and was 114lbs and went to 155 lbs in a year or so partaking in the raw milk diet and consumed plenty of fresh raw colostrum (not that powdered crap). Guess what, it stuck and there is no way I can or will go back to being that emaciated. Raw milk diet provides the calories, fat and beneficial bacteria to fix whatever may be ailing you.
