Yes, I had severe tinnitus, and took ring stop for about a year. It does really help. Once it took hold, I was silent. (seemed to take about 2 months) I have now retired, stopped taking it and only have a slight problem. I know if I got back on it I would be silent again. Just not into taking pills and not that bothered. I don’t recall having any side effects from it. Hope this helps.   [End]

Yeah I don’t eat soy except for the aminos. It taste like soy sauce. I take it first thing in the morning. teaspoon. It is supposed to go directly to the brain, that way, for a cheer up. You can sprinkle it on food then it is used as food.   [End]

Back when I did it I paid $1600.00, which was cheap for all that was done. The dentist that did it was a teacher at the local university. He kept my before and after study models on his coffee table. He was so proud of himself for what he was able to do. I made payments for a long time. Yes it was very uncomfortable at times. $5000.00 doesen’t sound bad to me. It would surley be worth it. I don’t know anything about Mexico, but I would encourage you to get your teeth straightend anyway you can. I was in braces from the time I was 39 to 43. I was told that my teeth were so crooked that I would lose them by the time I was 50. I was eating my own teeth. Im now 66 have a perfect bite and nice straight teeth. It is one of the best things I have done for my self. Oil pulling has made them better then ever. I know lots of people my age that have lost there teeth, and they are miserable.   [End]

I use that shampoo daily. I don’t think it is all that good for us. I have long hair, and it seems to be thriving. I do a really good diet. oil pulling etc. I have bought so call organic shampoos at Wild Oats and health food stores. The tail and mane seem to work best. Am going to try Braggs vineger in a spray bottle, for a final.See how that works. Being a male I guess I’m not that picky.   [End]

Well Molly, I’m in the same boat only with exercise. I worked out really hard all last winter. This spring I was in great shape, then for some reason I quit. Had lots of fun all summer long, no working out. Now I’m starting to work out again, and asking my self why did I quit? Any way I don’t have any advice for you. I’m so tired from working out today.
