Hello, I am really lost as to what to do next. Im not sure what to eat anymore i read so many conflicting things i honestly dont know what to do anymore for myself. Hi, For about a year now i have changed my diet, did three liver flushes , and tried three colonics, and a ton of enemas. I also, take omega-3’s, green food drinks, Flax for fiber, B-complex, and have taken enzymes for digestion. The symptoms i suffer from are depression, anxiety, fatigue, and the worst, acne. All of these things have been going on for 4 years now, since the birth of my daughter. Sometimes my skin and other symptoms seem to get better, then they come back full force, and i feel totally helpless. I feel stuck inside my house most of the time because i am too embarassed ...

Hi, I am doing Dr.Clark’s liver cleanse today, and wasn’t sure about the mixtures. It says to mix epsoms salts with the water,drink at 6:00, repeat at 8:00. Heres where i am confused, at 9:45, am i supposed to mix the olive oil and grapefruit, in the epsom salt mixture, or does the olive oil and grapefruit go into a seperate jar? Hi, I just had a colonic last week my skin looked awesome afterwards and i felt great. I am curiuos how far apart i should schedule these? Hi, I finished clarks liver cleanse the other day, and am now having all my previous symptoms(which paragone took away nearly 100%)come back full force.
