Exercise always helps sleep, but make sure you do it a few hours before you go to bed. If you exercise right before you go to bed, it might wake you up too much and you won’t want to sleep.
Also, your diet is going to affect your sleeping habits. For instance, if you eat a heavy meal before you go to bed, you won’t sleep as well. Some people never eat after 6:00 p.m. to allow digestion to occur before bedtime.
