Read about cytokines/chemokines on selfhacked and use the recommended items to reduce them. That should do a lot to make things easier. To tell you the truth I am confused and it is all due to the fact that each company says theirs is best and I can see where Steve of Silver Edge does have very thorough explanations, but a lot goes above my head.
