Fasting is a GREAT idea.
How long? It all depends on your energy level. When your energy goes drastically down it is time to end it.... slowly ... with fresh vegetable juice first . If fresh juice is too difficult for you, sprout (alfalfa and others) as well as raw veggies + sauerkraut (to help the flora) are going to be a good start ... slowly, your stomach won’t be used to digesting much anymore so make it many, many small meals instead of eating too much. Raw veggies will help finish the bowel cleanse.
