I’m into weightlifting too....not a bodybuilder per se, but a baseball player build.
Just check the Liver Flush forum for the basic recipe. It’s pretty simple and all you really need is one day of not eating a ton of protein\carbs or whatever you eat. It will give your internal body a rest and clean out your liver.
By the way, I am getting ready to do my first liver flush in a day or so. Can’t wait!
