i’m 32, had a 17 days water fast last year and i’ve been scared seeing all this skin as well on my tummy, geeting loose and i was wondering if that was going to get better...it did, after the fast, i did get beack to a very reasonnable diet(mainly fruits, veggies, and brown rice)and walked a lot for 10 days, and after these 10 days, i went on practicing sports again almost each day, like 1 hour run each day, or 5 days a week minimum, plus swimming, quite a lot as well..i’d say swimming defenetely helps, activity in general!!!
