Hi everyone - am just starting on raw food, but I’m afraid my health situation is complex - I’ll try to explain it simply, and any insight you could offer would be wonderful!
I’m a 54yo female, peri-menopausal, slim, fairly fit - jog 5kms 3X/wk - and never fall ill with colds, flu etc, but have been very pressured for lengthy periods during the last few years due to intensive studies.
