One thing you could try is Alka Seltzer GOLD. You can also use it after your oil.

A completely different direction is checking with Andreas Moritz and may be follow his advice for awhile.

With all the things you have done for your body I would have expected that you would be doing better now.

There must be something that is not right, but the question is, what?
