Well, basically most derms will tell you licking your lips are bad, even thought I don't see a difference. Well I guess its good that licking your lips will let you exfoliate that easy. Its annoying for me because even if I use a lip balm I can't exfoliate all areas that easily, I always get certain bits that don't want to come off unless I force it.
