Invincible had some good suggestions !
I have found the Pure peppermint oil to work real good in helping to Heal areas of the body which have been injured , by just rubbing it on these areas !
You may also make a compress of Baking Soda wet it down with 3% Peroxide to make a paste and apply this to the area and wrap it around the leg to help Neutralize any Excess Acids from the injury !
The peroxide may provide needed Oxygen to help prevent Bruising !
Of course if you have enough Reserves of needed Alkaline Minerals you may not have any problems with Bruising ?
