I only did the 4 for one day and it was horrid. :)

I've heard of other people needing 3 so I figured it was worth a shot. Anyway, like you, the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) seems to come out fine (albeit takes 2-3 hours) but not much comes with it. I've increased the heat of the cayenne I use to the 100,000BTU kind. Maybe that will help.

The whole point of the cleanse is to detox but... I dunno, this time around I'm not feeling any symptoms and I think I could just keep going indefinitely. I feel just peachy aside from a very rare craving for some fresh salsa.

Hmm... weird.
