Taking it one day at a time absolutely is helpful. Sometimes it's easier to get past another hour than a whole month... keep your ultimate goal in sight, but know that there are lots of little goals along the path. You can do this! I'm starting tomorrow, so I may need your help getting over hurdles and hunger too!
