I use this in my crock pot...
When you open the canned vegetables, throw them in a culinder first and let the canned juice drain. Run water over the vegetables in the culinder to rinse the excess canned juice. Transfer from culinder to the crock pot and add the remaining ingredients to the pot. Add 1 1/2 cup of water or ORGANIC no-salt added vegetable broth stock. NO meat stock.
cook on low for 6 hours.
