I wanted to share these pics with some of you that are just starting off with your fasts to encourage you in some way. Especially if you're like me and fasting for weight loss. I have fasted 3 times for 12 day periods over the course of about 9 months with the support of this site (Curezone). Once a organic juice fast, the others Water Fasts then followed a healthy eating plan in between. What I wanted to share the most was the difference in my face/complection. Detoxing makes SUCH a huge drastic difference.. ya just don't realize it until it happens and you see if for yourself. I think I look years younger too, it's amazing what fasting can do. These are things I didn't expect when I decided to take my first step back in June to better myself. Anyhow, that's all. Just thought I'd share.. hope this encourages someone! Esp you gals that are just starting off on your 30-40 day fasts as of recently.
