Thank you. Yes I am a newbie, but I wanted to go for 11 days. I have just come off a 5 day fast (water and herb tea) and a semi - water/juice fast of 11 days a month ago. So I think my body is in the cleansing mode. 11 or 12 days wont kill me, right. :o)

After that I will wait a month and try another cleanse.

I love this clease, much easier than the water cleanse that I attempted to do.

Thanks again, starting to feel a bit better.
